Psychedelic plants and mushrooms have been used safely and ceremoniously for thousands of years for personal development, spiritual growth, and healing.
They offer us the ability to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other at a time when we need it most.
Decriminalize Nature has already empowered 25 cities to decriminalize psychedelic plants and mushrooms, but we need your support to be sure no one goes to jail for engaging with these gifts from nature.
“I am calling on our elected officials to decriminalize the possession, growing, sharing, and use of psychedelic plants and fungi and end the senseless prosecution of these victimless “crimes”.
I urge our legislators to deschedule all naturally occurring forms psilocybin/psilocin, DMT, mescaline, and ibogaine from the list of controlled substances as none of these have been found to be habit forming and all have been reported to have a high potential for therapeutic and medical use.
Restricting equitable access to these sacred entheogens is a crime against humanity. Restoring our human right to develop our own relationship with nature is essential to upholding the personal and religious freedoms this country was founded on.”
The pulse of the Decriminalize Nature organization lies in the hearts of our local chapters, bringing together communities to work towards changing minds and laws in their local areas.
They are the roots of our grassroots movement!
